Which model do you have?
Also which visivox mic did you pick up?
Just wondering. I'm thinking of starting a podcast of sound seeing tours of the theme parks here in Orlando, FL using my iRiver iFP 890 but I'm not sure what sort of microphone to use. The mic you're using sounds very nice!

Iriver and Microphone
Hi Jason. We're using an Iriver IFP-795 and a Visivox scm-v Mic. This particular Mic plugs directly in to the Iriver, so if you want one with a cord, you might want to check out the scm-c, which is the same mic but with a cord.
